NEW WINE CULTURE master-class by GOODMAN GOODMAN has organized a wine master-class

GOODMAN has recently hosted its first 2007 wine master-class. Such events are held regularly in GOODMAN steak-houses but this time there was an additional goal to it – presentation of GOODMAN’s new wine-list. The popularity of wine culture in Moscow is constantly growing, this time we had 330 participation requests and a real queue in front of our steak-house!

GOODMAN’s sommelier Yuliana Bondarevskaya told everybody about the new wine fashion and trend – wines for everyday drinking and showed guests the basics of wine degustation, presenting wines of our new wine-list. GOODMAN wine experts have chosen the best specimens from hundreds of wines from all over the world for it. They have taken into account the quality of wines and the way they harmonize with steak-house dishes, the reputation of their wine-makers and – last but not least – the most palatable prices too. Master-class participants had an opportunity to discover that good wine doesn’t necessarily means expensive wine. By the end of the event most of the participants could distinguish essential wine qualities even dring a blind degustation. The wine evening was both fruitful and enjoyable and a great success. Master-class participants have left us many enthousiastic comments in our guest-book and have been asking about the next wine master-class to come.
