Meet our sommelier – Mrs. Yuliana Bondarevskaya, brand-sommelier of GOODMAN steak-houses and member of International Association of Sommeliers. She’s the one to go out of her way to ensure that our guests at GOODMAN really enjoy their wine, especially the marriage of wine and meat. Yuliana offers our guests both classic and new creative combinations of meat and wine. She selects wines for our wine list, bearing in mind both the modern trends in the wine world and the preferences of our guests, the clients of GOODMAN. But there’s more – she’s the host of our monthly tasting sessions and master-classes; they are a perfect opportunity for our guests to broaden their knowledge, both theoretical and practical, of the wine world.
