GOODMAN has recently presented another wine master-class. Those who enjoy cultured atmosphere were able to pass an agreeable and instructive evening imbibing wine culture. Our brand sommelier, Yuliana Bondarevskaya taught participants to extract useful information from wine labels, appreciate the difference between a natural and a silicone cork and practice wine-tasting basics. Every guest got a cheese platter as a training hand-out in order to experiment and discover personal preferences in combining cheese and wine. Master-class participants also practiced decanting wine and appreciated the art of professional wine-bottle opening as displayed by the sommelier. And those who had been brave enough to take part in wine contests got prizes from our steak-house.
